I think Michael hit it on the head. Mr Davis the the king zombie. I have to give you some credit im not a big fan of zombies yet I like this series. I hope the later panels dont disappoint.

Nice foreshadowing. Sullivan Davis, zombie number 1. Thus the shocked look on Val’s face, and Math’s uncharacteristic concern.

Probably already got it, or Val is storing it for them in bottles or whatever. Remember earlier in the story when Math was drinking blood from a bottle (”red gatorade”)? He also might have just said that to Murdo to deflect some of the attention from Val and make it seem more normal, to avoid Murdo going after Val.
